The story
We've already worked together.
While leading Tesla's residential energy escalation team, I handled a complex PG&E
project that had stalled for months — coordinating across utilities, city agencies, and
field crews to drive it to completion. The customer was
Domenic Pacini. I didn't know he was a Race founder.
I just knew the job wasn't done.
Learning about Race afterward — the California focus, the accountability model,
the refusal to hide behind a national call center — I recognized something I'd
already demonstrated. This application is the natural next step.
Why I'm the right hire
I've built this program before.
- Field operations fluency — started as an installer, built programs on top of that experience
- SMB sector depth — ran marketing & ops for Carl's Jr., Del Taco, Red Mango franchise networks
- Escalation & retention — turned a failing Tesla division into a profitable one by rebuilding the process infrastructure
- California-native — 15+ years of stakeholder relationships across CA utilities, agencies, and business communities
- Already built the toolkit — 16-page working SMB site, 9 verticals, real pricing, before the first interview
Field materials ready to deploy
The toolkit ships with me.
- Territory leave-behind card (QR → find-your-plan)
- Speed comparison pocket card — Race vs. cable vs. DSL, no paragraphs
- Neighbor door hanger — "We just wired the shop next door"
- Restaurant, retail, professional services sell sheets
- Partner program overview — IT consultants + RE agents
- AE objection handler — 10 real objections, real answers
What this application is
The work precedes the conversation.
The demo site at this URL has 16 pages, 9 industry verticals, your real phone pricing,
a ZIP coverage checker, and a plan recommender — all built before the first interview,
all working, all linked.
Not a portfolio piece. A demonstration of how I work:
I go deep, I go fast, and I share the work before anyone asks for it.
